What’s a seat?

Is there a free plan?
Yes. Connect Follow Up Boss and watch her work. She won’t text, email or call until you pick a plan.
How does the $25 credit work?
When you pick a plan, $25 goes on your account for texts, emails and calls. It refills when it runs low. Whatever is left when you cancel goes back to your card.
Could I get a surprise bill?
No. You set a monthly limit and she stops sending when she reaches it. Billing shows what you’ve spent so far.
Is there a lead limit?
Starter covers 1,000 active leads, Pro 3,000 and Team 10,000. Need more? Ask and we’ll raise it for free.
Anything else I could be charged for?
Two small things. Asking Nadia a question in the app is 1¢. If she uses a web browser for you, each person gets 20 minutes a month free, then it’s 25¢ a minute.
Can I cancel or switch plans?
Anytime. Changes are prorated.
