Nadia is an AI inside-sales agent that works inside Follow Up Boss. She texts and emails from your real FUB number, reads the full thread before replying, qualifies the lead, and books the showing. Only 0.1% of inbound leads are engaged within five minutes, when conversion is 8× higher (InsideSales.com Lead Response Study 2021). See the sourced numbers.
Nadia is an AI inside-sales agent that works inside your Follow Up Boss account. When a lead comes in, she replies within the hours you set, reads the full text and email history before she writes, finds out budget, timeline and motivation, keeps the conversation going until there’s a showing on your calendar, and writes the stage, tags, tasks and notes back to Follow Up Boss. Texts and emails send from your own Follow Up Boss number, so replies land in the thread you already run. She doesn’t replace Follow Up Boss; she works the pipeline you have. Start free: connect Follow Up Boss and watch her on your leads. She doesn’t send until you pick a plan.
Why five minutes matters
Speed to lead is the time between a new lead arriving and the first real attempt to reach them. The 2007 MIT / InsideSales.com Lead Response Management Study found the odds of both contact and qualification jump when the first attempt happens at 5 minutes instead of 30.
Odds of making contact with a web lead are 100× greater when the first attempt happens within 5 minutes instead of 30.

- Replies in seconds, inside your hours. Every new lead gets a personal reply right away, within the quiet hours you set. Nights and weekends if you allow them.
- Reads the whole thread first. Every text and email on the record, including replies the Follow Up Boss API doesn’t always return, so the next message picks up where the conversation left off instead of asking the lead something they already told you.
- Qualifies every lead. Budget, timeline, pre-approval, motivation, and who’s deciding. A score from 0 to 100, the facts behind it in the lead’s own words, and the next question to ask. Separate buyer and seller scripts.
- Keeps going until there’s a time on your calendar. She offers showing times and, when the lead picks one, puts the appointment and a task in Follow Up Boss. You take the meeting.
- Keeps Follow Up Boss current. Stage, tags, task, note: written, read back, and rolled back if the write didn’t land.
- Ask Nadia. Type what you need on the person record. “Remind me Friday” becomes a task on that lead. “Book Saturday at 11” becomes an appointment. Nothing is written until you approve it.
From your Follow Up Boss number
Texts and emails go out from your own Follow Up Boss number. Leads see the number they already have, replies land in the thread in FUB, and nothing moves to a separate inbox. A lock keeps two sessions from ever texting the same lead twice.
Compliance is part of the desk
Quiet hours, instant opt-out, DNC checks and TCPA-aware contact are built in, not a setting you hope someone remembered. One honest boundary: consent stays with you. You’re responsible for contacting leads who agreed to be contacted; Nadia honors opt-out, DNC and the quiet hours you set, but she doesn’t obtain consent for you. Pause any other auto-texter on the people she works, and take over the threads where a person belongs: negotiation, anything legal, or a client who asked for a human.
You stay in control
Set an office default, then override any lead: Full Service, Texts & Email, Texts Only, Reply Only, or Watch Only. Snooze for 24 hours, or take over with one click; Nadia steps out so a lead never has two people texting them. Your conversations are never used to train models.
What it costs
Free is watch-only: connect Follow Up Boss and see the thread, the score, what she’s learned and the take-over button on your leads. No card, nothing sent. Paid plans are the same Nadia and differ by seats: Starter $79/mo (1 seat), Pro $149/mo (up to 5 seats, office voice line included), Team $279/mo (6 or more seats, office voice line included). Leads aren’t priced (fair use: up to 1,000 / 3,000 / 10,000 leads at once, raised free on request). Usage bills only for what she sends, prepaid from a refundable $25 credit: 2¢ a text, 4¢ an email, 25¢ a voice minute, with a hard monthly cap you set and a live meter. Start a paid plan by October 31 and the plan is free through February. The full breakdown is on the pricing page.
What Nadia is not
Not a CRM: she works inside the one you have. Not free to send: Free lets you watch; sending starts on a paid plan. Not unsupervised: take-over is one click, anything you ask her to write waits for your approval, and a person takes the meeting.
